It's not printed on the inside of the fuse pael cover, it's not in the owner's manual anywhere, and i've been through hundreds of web sites and the only thing even close is wiring diagrams. Here you will find fuse box diagrams of dodge. Heater, blower motor, back up lamp, power window, air bag module, overhead console, abs brake system, power door lock, horn tachometer, stop lamp, parking lamp. A fuse diagram, for your 1994 dodge ram 1500 pickup truck, can be found on the inside cover of the fuse box.
